The DataModes FIXED ASSETS module maintains assets and depreciation information for the organization. This module tracks pertinent information on furniture, equipment, automobiles, and other tangible inventory that are considered assets. FIXED ASSETS assists in keeping a straight line path for the depreciation of all assets and insurance records.
FEATURES
- Allows entry and maintenance of fixed assets records.
- Provides a user assigned asset number to be the unique identifier of the asset's record.
- Provides a user defined category for each item. Previously entered items can be searched by category.
- Reports from the Fixed Assets Register by selection criteria of purchase date, disposal date, month ending, and by all divisions.
- Provides reporting to post a depreciation as listed on the asset record for all active asset records in the Fixed Assets file. Posts each asset separately or by category, verifying the postings made.
- Quick Load Fixed Assets allows entry of fixed assets records.
- Lists active asset records and proof report before posting the active assets.
- Provides list of active, expensed, or inactive asset records selected specifically to report assets to insurance companies.
